We've recently had two out of town visitors, one that needed urgent eye care and one desperately needed a quick eye glasses repair. Janet D. was only in town for about a week for the Delta Gamma Convention and ended up with a broken blood vessel, she called our on call doctor and spoke with Dr Thompson. Dr Thompson saw her after hours and the patient stated she was thrilled with the service she received; 'Dr Thompson was very thorough and helpful when I was looking for peace of mind. (I) was very excited as well to find out that Dr Thompson is also a Delta Gamma and understood what the convention is in town for."  -JD

"I am writing to thank you (Julie Bartik/optician/office manager Downtown location) for the service I received on 24 May. I was in town for a conference that week and on Sunday a lens in my glasses popped out.  I had two lectures to give, the first that Monday so I was anxious to get them fixed.  I asked the concierge at the Grand Hyatt for an optician and he gave me another firm; I found you from a web search.
You repaired my glasses and even provided me a hard case (which may not be enough for me...). I appreciate the help and professionalism; it is a dying commodity today.  My only regret is that you are not here; you would have a loyal customer.  I also passed on your information to the Hyatt concierge for future reference.  I wish you the best of luck!
