"I am very pleased to be able to say that the implantation of ReZOOM Multifocal Lenses, after the removal of my cataracts, was quite successful. My post surgery vision is now 20/20. The cataracts, one worse than the other, had prevented me from passing my driving test, prior to the time I had needed to wear glasses to drive. "I got LASIK on Monday. Dr. Kouyoumdjian had been recommending it to me and my husband for at least six years because we both have astigmatism. I was at the point of getting new glasses and contacts so cost of the surgery was no longer an excuse. I am sitting here less than 72 hours after getting LASIK... and my vision is incredible. I think it may be better than it was with contacts and/or glasses. The entire procedure took about 30 min with the actual LASIK taking 16-18 seconds per eye! Yesterday at my 1 day follow up I was 20/20 in both eyes. I know that LASIK is not for everyone but I was a candidate and am now wondering why I did not do this sooner." - L
